This mail serves to record our disappointment at the progress being made in resolving a DCN problem with ETEX card.
We appreciate the work done so far towards the resolution of the problem, and expect speedy resolution of the problem. Considering that a CSR was opened on the 7th of July we expected by now the issue to have been resolved.
We therefore request E/// to more than double their efforts on the issue, or even escalate to next level support.
We also kindly request you to furnish us with daily progress reports towards the resolution of the problem.
